This project encompassed the establishment of critical IT infrastructure, including Google Workspace for business email and AWS for cloud hosting and website storage solutions. The services were configured to operate smoothly with a custom domain, facilitating professional business email accounts that enhanced communication. Additionally, a user-friendly website was built and set up to represent the business online. Ongoing updates and management were implemented to ensure the website remained current and efficient, supporting the evolving needs of the business.
The project integrated Google Workspace as the primary platform for business email and collaboration. This suite of tools provided professional email accounts, shared calendars, and cloud-based document storage, streamlining communication and collaboration among team members. By utilising Google Workspace, the business benefited from enhanced productivity, as employees could easily share files and collaborate in real-time on projects. For website management, the project utilised WordPress to ensure easy updates and ongoing maintenance. The content management system allowed for automated updates, ensuring that the website’s plugins and themes were consistently current and secure. Regular monitoring and management tasks were set in place to maintain optimal performance and address any issues that arose promptly.
