Interactive Chatbot Project

This project involved developing and operating a highly successful interactive chatbot that attracted over 100,000 monthly users. This engaging chatbot prompted users to sign in with their video game profiles, generating detailed profile information, statistics, and images showcasing their in-game cosmetics. Offered for free, this service aimed to draw potential customers to the brand while enhancing user engagement. As a result, the brand’s social media channels experienced exponential growth, gaining thousands of new followers each month. The widespread sharing of the generated images, which prominently featured the brand’s logo and a link, effectively expanded the outreach and visibility of the brand within the gaming community.

Serverless Infrastructure

The chatbot operated on a serverless infrastructure using AWS, allowing it to scale effortlessly to accommodate its large user base. By leveraging various AWS Lambda functions, the bot could efficiently handle requests and execute code in response to user interactions. It utilised APIs to fetch real-time data, ensuring that users received accurate and up-to-date information related to their video game profiles. This cloud-based approach not only optimised performance but also reduced operational costs, as resources were allocated dynamically based on demand.
